Acceptance of Terms

You may use Global WebStores only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all registration information, verification documents, product details, pricing, fulfillment timelines, customer communications, and storefront content are accurate, current, and lawful. Vendors must maintain all licenses, rights, and approvals necessary to sell their products or services.

Vendors must not misrepresent inventory, delivery capability, product authenticity, return policies, or business identity. Global WebStores may request additional documentation, suspend promotional access, or limit account functionality where trust, compliance, or safety concerns arise.

Shopper Responsibilities

Shoppers are responsible for providing accurate account and contact information, reviewing vendor details before purchase, and using the platform in good faith. Shoppers must not engage in fraudulent purchasing behavior, payment abuse, harassment, or any misuse of merchant or platform communications.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Global WebStores to engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful conduct. Prohibited activities include identity fraud, document falsification, sale of illegal or infringing goods, unauthorized scraping, interference with platform operations, circumvention of security controls, spamming, and misuse of promotional or messaging tools.

Payment Terms

Certain services may require payment, including subscriptions, promotional placements, or other commercial features. By purchasing such services, you authorize Global WebStores and its payment partners to process applicable charges, fees, taxes, and related billing adjustments in accordance with the pricing presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided under a separate written policy. We reserve the right to suspend paid services in cases of failed payment, chargeback abuse, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.

Account Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at our discretion where we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, material risk to users, legal exposure, or misuse of platform services. You may also stop using the platform at any time, subject to any outstanding payment obligations or unresolved disputes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global WebStores provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific sales outcomes, buyer behavior, vendor performance, or the legality or quality of third-party goods.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global WebStores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction designated by Global WebStores for its principal operations, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that disputes may be resolved in the competent courts or forums designated under applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived.
