Steps

1. Act when a new order arrives through your notification and email. Fast awareness helps you avoid delays before the buyer starts worrying. Prompt action also makes the rest of fulfillment smoother.

2. Confirm the order as soon as you verify it is ready to move. This signals progress and helps the buyer feel the order is being handled seriously. Clear confirmation reduces confusion before dispatch.

3. Book delivery and compare quotes from 50+ partners. The platform adds ₦500 same-state or ₦1,000 different-state handling to help coordinate delivery at checkout. Comparing options helps you balance speed, cost, and buyer expectations.
