Steps

Start in "Product details" and enter the title, department, category, and subcategory. This is where you frame how shoppers discover the product and understand what it is. A precise title and the right category improve browsing, search, and recommendation quality.
Continue to "Pricing and inventory" and set your price, stock, and any variants with per-option price and stock. Turn on negotiation with a minimum if you want room to close flexible buyers, and switch on Pay Small Small if installments fit the product. Good pricing and stock data reduce drop-off and help you avoid overselling.
Add your description, key specs, box contents, and any free gift details. This gives buyers the confidence to understand the offer without needing to ask basic questions first. The more complete the listing, the easier it is for buyers to compare and commit.
Open "Media" and upload your product visuals, making sure the preview image comes last. Use "View example" and "Generate AI prompts" to create studio-quality photo directions before you shoot or edit. Better media lifts trust quickly and can improve conversion before a buyer reads the full description.
Review everything inside "Review & Publish" and confirm the listing is ready. This final pass helps you catch pricing errors, missing specs, and weak photos before customers see the page. When it looks right, click "Create product" to publish.
