Set Sales Targets and Track Your Pace

What you'll do

You will turn your revenue target into a daily pace you can actually manage. This makes Analytics more than a report because it shows whether you are on track before the month gets away from you.

Steps

  1. Open Analytics and set your Monthly Goal in naira. This gives the dashboard a clear target to measure against instead of showing activity with no benchmark. A concrete goal helps you plan promotion, stock, and follow-up work around real numbers.

  2. Let the dashboard compute your required daily pace automatically. That daily figure turns a large monthly goal into a number you can monitor every day. It is easier to react early when the target is broken into manageable progress.

  3. Watch your progress, recognized revenue, and remaining gap, and act quickly on the "AT RISK" alert. That warning tells you the current pace is not enough to land the month well. It is your signal to improve product visibility, respond faster, or launch a promotion.

  4. Review the 7-day breakdown to see where momentum is building or slowing. Short-term trends help you connect actions to results instead of waiting until month end. Use that view to decide when to push marketing, restock, or focus on repeat buyers.

Tips

Update your goal when your product mix changes so the pace stays realistic. Use Analytics together with Marketing and CRM so you can see both traffic and conversion-side actions in one rhythm.
